If a customer wants to buy a gift card online for an amount that isn't for sale on the online store, we can create a draft order for the amount you would like. After the draft is purchased, we can then issue a gift card in that amount to the customer.
Offer refunds to a gift card?
Yes. If the customer used a gift card to pay for the purchase, we can apply a refund to the gift card.
How do customers check their balance?
Customers can check their own gift card balance if they download their email code to their APPLE wallet, if they do not download it to APPLE wallet unfortunately they can not check their balance, but we can check the balance and send the information to the customer.
Can I apply a discount to the "purchase" of a gift card?
It depends. Most discounts cannot be applied to gift cards.
Can gift cards be used in "conjunction" with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
How can customers access gift cards which were misplaced or never received?
Customers can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. This link will only work if the order has been fulfilled.
